Who would benefit?
• Programs who have received Initial Accreditation but have citations to address
• Programs with difficulty implementing an Action Plan for their Letter of Notification
• Program directors and staff with minimal to moderate administrative experience in the ACGME
includes:
Initial on-site visit for relationship building
Assistance in creation of an action item plan to address ACGME citations
Assistance in ongoing review of program/institutional policies
Assistance in targeted curriculum and rotation development
Assistance in setting up residency management system
Assistance in preparing ACGME annual program updates
Conduct on-site visit faculty development sessions with program leadership and faculty
Conduct weekly phone calls with Program Director and coordinator
Review and monitor progress on the Action Plan grid
Could include onsite assistance if needed prior to site visit
